As the Rehabilitation Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the clinical management, oversight and supervision of rehabilitation services in the MLTC, MAP and ESNP programs.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviews clinical rehab documentation from outside vendors and providers to ensure our members are receiving appropriate service 
  • Reviews requests for all DME in the home for appropriateness 
  • Provides on-site education to nurse managers and VP’s regarding rehab’s role in our member’s care
  • Field visits as required to assess for high end DME needs and home safety assessments 
  • Ensure compliance, consistent with health rules of the New York State DOH

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in healthcare or a related field
  • Current New York State Occupational Therapist license
  • Two to Four years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent computer, organizational and interpersonal skills and be a team player who can multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Requires home visits, as needed
  • Willing to cover Queens, Nassau and Suffolk

Compensation:

  • Annual Salary: $100,000 - $114,000
