Are you looking for an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of older adults? The Concierge role at the Hebrew Home at Riverdale by RiverSpring Living is your chance to be the first point of contact for guests, residents, and their families at our renowned long-term care organization.

The Hebrew Home at Riverdale campus is set on 32 acres overlooking the Hudson River, in Riverdale, New York.  We provide a full range of care solutions including nursing home care, managed long term care, assisted living programs, senior housing, rehabilitation services and specialized services such as elder abuse prevention and memory care.

Part Time Concierge – Day Shift (Friday, Saturday & Sunday 8:00am – 4:00pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inquiries from guests, residents, and families.
• Monitor and manage the comings and goings of all individuals.
• Direct phone calls and coordinate transportation.
• Facilitate family communication and address residents’ complaints and concerns.
• Provide basic office support and uphold the organization’s culture, ensuring all residents and guests feel welcomed and valued.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree (AA/AS) preferred in hospitality management, business management, communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of experience in hospitality, healthcare, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $24.0384
