The Concierge role at the Hebrew Home at Riverdale by RiverSpring Living, a world-renowned long-term care organization located in Riverdale - North Bronx, acts as the first point of contact between guests and the organization. This role is also tasked with providing day to day support and troubleshooting for the residents and their families. The hours for this position are 1:00pm - 10:00pm Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities for the role may include answering guest/resident/families inquiries, monitoring the comings and goings of all individuals, directing phone calls, coordinating transportation, family communication, residents’ complaints and solutions and providing basic office support. They must uphold organization culture at all times while making residents and guests feel welcomed and valued.
Associate’s degree (AA/AS) preferred from an accredited college or university in hospitality management, business management, communication, or a related field with a minimum of four years’ experience working in hospitality, a healthcare setting or a related work field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation: $24.0384 Hourly
