MLTC-Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist acts as a liaison between the VP of Rehabilitation, members, MLTC staff and vendors. 

The Operations Specialist resolves customer service issues in a timely and effective manner, and refers clinical or difficult issues to the appropriate personnel as necessary; Coordinates and performs administrative and clerical support tasks for the team; Collects and organizes data for team members, and assists in the analysis and reporting of the data requested; Communicates complaints and concerns member/family members/vendors to VP’s for follow-up.

High School Diploma (or General Education Degree (GED) required. Some college/ Business school preferred or equal experience. Medical billing or terminology experience strongly preferred. Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of organization. Bilingual Russian Required. Must be able to type a minimum 45wpm

Compensation: Min. $24.0384 hourly - Max. $26.4423 hourly
