RiverSpring Living provides a full range of care solutions including nursing home care, managed long term care, assisted living programs, senior housing, rehabilitation services and specialized services such as elder abuse prevention and memory care. Collectively, RiverSpring Living empowers over 18,000 patients, residents and members to live forward every day. We are looking to hire an Executive Director to join our dynamic team at Riverwalk, our Independent Living facility!

 

Responsibilities

As the Executive Director, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the day to day business operations of Riverwalk the Independent Living facility to ensure exceptional quality and service, sustained resident satisfaction and associate engagement, operational efficiency, and strong financial results. Responsible for all planning, development, implementation, evaluation and improvement of identified areas of service; the development and implementation of all policies and procedures; management of staff; and the delivery of high customer services.  In addition, the Executive Director will assure the health, safety, comfort and well-being of the residents; ensuring access to identified services are available on a consistent basis to improve resident’s functioning and quality of life. Maintain adherence to established guidelines and procedures to ensure that all services and amenities are provided in an uncompromising manner and in accordance with the highest standards to meet the goals and mission of RiverSpring Living and the Community.  

 

The Executive Director, will be involved in every facet of the operation - Hospitality, Dining, Programming, Sales, Maintenance, and the Business Office. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Senior Housing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree (MA/MS/MBA/MSW) preferred in a related healthcare field or (4) four to (10) ten years related work experience and/or training; Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience. Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required. Must be able to communicate with clients and employees of all backgrounds and educational levels.  Experience working in a Senior Living facility preferred. Ability to effectively present information to senior management.

 

 

Compensation: $120,000-$130,000 Annually
