The hours for the position are Monday through Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Responsibilities

Under the direction the Vice President of Human Resources, the ideal candidate will coordinate various Human Resources functions and provide administrative support for the Human Resources Department.  This position will provide welcoming customer services to those visiting the HR Department either in person or on the telephone as well as prepare correspondence, coordinate meetings, track information, conduct data entry and other various administrative duties.

Qualifications

This position requires a High School diploma or equivalency, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. A minimum of 1 year of HR administrative experience in an office setting required.  Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as superior interpersonal skills, which must span all levels of the employee population. Excellent typing skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows, as well as familiarity with database systems.

 

Compensation: Min: $28.5714 hourly -  Max. $31.3186 hourly
