Concierge - Weekend Part Time

RiverWalk, a premier, independent senior living community overlooking the Hudson River, offers luxury, residential-style living with concierge services, cultural activities, meals, laundry, and housekeeping services. We have a part-time Concierge position to work Saturday, Sunday and Monday 8:30am - 4:30pm.

The weekend concierge acts as the first point of contact between resident/guests and the organization. This role is responsible for the people experience including excellent hospitality and customer service. The Concierge will provide high level engagement, create a welcoming atmosphere; greet potential residents, families, visitors; respond to resident request;  manage both external and internal calls; coordinates and provides any necessary assistance to residents, families and guest; and provides administrative support to the overall department. They act as the building leader during their shift including monitoring call bells and the fire alarm system as needed. They must uphold company culture at all times while making guests feel welcomed and valued.

Candidate must possess H.S. diploma/GED, excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills.  Previous experience in a similar capacity and knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus.  A strong interest in working with the geriatric population is essential.

Compensation: $22.4359 Hourly
