This Administrative Nurse Manager role offer's a sign-on bonus of $10,000.00 ($5,000 at end of Six (6) Months and $5,000 on (1) One year Anniversary, less applicable taxes). 

 

Compensation: $110,000 min. to $118,000 max. Annually

Responsibilities

The Administrative Nurse Manager plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates and directs all assigned unit activities. Directs the day-to-day functions of the neighborhood activities in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the long term facility. Manages and supervises the staff activities and ensures staff competencies in the delivery of care.  Collaborates with the Clinical Nurse Managers, Resident Service Coordinators and other disciplines for all interdisciplinary activities. 

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Nursing Required. Bachelor’s Degree or MSN from an accredited university preferred. A minimum of 2 years experience as a staff nurse and a minimum of 1 year experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long term care facility or other related medical facility. Must possess a current NYS RN license.  Knowledge of federal and state regulations.  Must be able to speak, write and read English. Strong clinical competencies, communications and writing skills and the ability to manage staff and resources required.

 

 

Compensation: $110,000 min. to $118,000 max. Annually

Evening Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Every other weekend
